Public Works Department water and access requirements referred to in the greement betwe
the CITY OF MERIDIAN and GOLDCREEK DEVELOPERS. LLC. dated ~; I r ,

City of Meridian will not protest the issuance of building permits in Westborouqh Subdivision
based on said requirements, and the City of Meridian hereby releases GOLDCREEK
DEVELOPERS. LLC from its agreement not to build in the above-named subdivision.
