The developer is indicating that Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) will own and
operate the pressurized irrigation system. This will require that a Land Use Change
Application be filed, for review, prior to final platting. Please contact Suzy Hewlett at
(208) 466-7861 for further information.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage
leaves the site, the NMID must review drainage plans. The developer must comply with Idaho
Code 31-3805.
