Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a current Land Use Change Application on
file, and is in the process of reviewing this project. We will withhold any further comments
until finished with our review.
The District's Hunter Lateral lies along the east boundary of this proposed project and must be
protected. The Districts easement for the Hunter Lateral at this location is a minimum of forty
feet (40') total; twenty feet (20') from centerline in each direction.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage
leaves the site, the NMID must review drainage plans. The developer must comply with Idaho
Code 31-3805.
