CITY OF MERIDIAN NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25,
2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2017-0093 by Wolff Enterprises II, LLC for Modification to the
Development Agreement to remove the subject property from the
agreement and execute a new development agreement solely for the
subject property for Linder and Overland Apartments generally
located south side of W. Overland Road, approximately 1/4 mile west
of S. Linder Road

than 7 days prior to the scheduled
hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
incumbent on interested persons to
follow the process in person, online,
or by contacting City staff.
