Provided all storm drainage is retained on-site, there will be no impact on Nampa & Meridian
Irrigation District (NMID) and no further review will be required.
However, if any surface drainage leaves the site, the NMID requires that a Land Use Change
Application is filed for review, prior to final platting. Please contact Suzy Hewlett at
466-7861 for further information.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The developer must comply with Idaho
Code 31-3805. It is recommended, that irrigation water be made available to all developments
within the NMID.
