Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on proposed annexation and
zoning for the above -referenced application. However, NMID requires that a Land Use
Change Application be filed, for review, prior to final platting. Please contact Suzy Hewlett at
466-7861 for.further information.
Allprivate laterals and waste ways must be protected. The District's Creason Lateral lies
alo g`the .west boundary of -this' property. The District's easement for the Creason Lateral at
this' locaticn,.is a minimum of sixty feet (60'); forty feet (40') left, and twenty feet (20') right,
facing 'downstream.
This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License
Agreement and approved plan before any construction is started is unacceptable.
All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage
leaves the site, the �dMID nnust review drainage plans. Developer must comply with Idaho
Code 31-3805,
