NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27,
2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2017-0064 by Brighton Investments, LLC for Preliminary Plat
approval consisting of 196 building lots and 24 common lots on
35.64 acres of land; Planned Unit Development (PUD) AND
Modification to the existing Development Agreement to
accommodate the proposed development and update the conceptual
development plan for Paramount Director generally located
southwest corner of N. Meridian Road and W. Chinden Boulevard

hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
