RE: H-2017-0071 STOR-IT SELF STORAGE
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced annexation and zoning
change applications for the Stor-It Self Storage located at 3735 North Ten Mile Road, north of I-84
milepost 42.00 for Stor-It Self Storage, LLC. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objections to the annexation and zoning applications for the construction of storage
units at this location.
2. The project does not abut the State highway system.
3. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact the ITD District 3 Traffic Section at 334-8300 for more information.
4. All signing shall meet the requirements of Idaho Code 40-1910. This code does not allow
advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway system.
