Dear City Council members,
Once again, we would like to state, for the record, that we are against the development of the proposed Storage Unit /
Apartment complex at Goddard Creek.
We were shocked to receive an email today from our HOA informing us the Planning and Zoning commission (Bill
Parsons) had received word from Brian Porter that Kelly creek residents had changed their opinion and were for the
development of both projects.
This is a complete untruth.
My wife and I have been to all the meetings held on this topic, as have many of our neighbors, and we have all
consistently written and spoken in opposition of this project.
In fact, the last meeting should have been the end of this proposal as the developer, by not sending a single
representative to the meeting to ask for the continuance, completely disrespected not only you the council, but all the
citizens of Meridian. If this developer truly cared about this community and/or this project he would have ensured that
someone represented his interests and requested the continuance in person. We were shocked that you would allow
him another opportunity given this complete lack of respect for you, for the process, and the City of Meridian.
Please uphold the original Lochsa development agreement and reject this application in its entirety.

P.S. I have worked for engineering firms in the past and this whole application has been anything but normal.
Additionally, you might like to kno w the pictures submitted for the storage unit have a close resemblance to a super max
prison in the state of Maryland.
