This will request that the existing D, evelopment Agreement for the 4.25 acre parcel at 875 S.
Allen Street (instrument #100052718, recorded July 6, 2000.) be modified. This will authorize
the development plan to change to the plan submitted by Meridian Hampton Center, LLC
0VIPFP01-010/MCUP01-044).
