This matter coming on regularly before the City Council on the 7th day of September, 2004,
upon the Applicant's time application for a one (I) year extension for filing the Final Plat, which
Preliminary Plat was originally approved on September 23, 2003, as provided in § 12-3-6 B, and
good causing appearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND THIS DOES ORDER THAT:
1. The above name Applicant is granted a one (1) year extended period of time until
September 15, 2004, of this Order for the filing of the Final Plat for the above entitled
subdivision application.
