Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application H-2017-0068 by Sky Mesa Develop- ment, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of a total of 54.01 acres of land from the RUT zoning district in Ada County to the R-4 (medium low-density residential) (26.57 acres) and R-8 (medium-density resi- dential) (27.44 acres) zoning districts in the City; Rezone of 38.87 acres of land from the R-2 (low-density residential) to the R-4 (medium low-density residential) zoning district; Rezone of 6.26 acres of land from the R-2 (low-density residential) to the R-8 (medium-density residential) zoning district; Rezone of 0.88 of an acre of land from the R-4 (medium low-density residential) to the R-8 (medium-density residential) zoning district; AND Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 278 single-family residential building lots & 31 common lots on 98.35 acres of land in the R-4 and R-8 zoning dis- tricts for Sky Mesa located 5899 S.
