Josh, I apologize that I wasn’t 100% clear what they did when we were talking. I was thinking the strip was under the
ownership of the property to the north…..it was not, but is now. (my map is showing the 45’ strip has transferred
ownership)
They do need to go through Property Boundary Adjustment through the county in order to make what they did “legal”. I
spoke to a Mr. Callahan in February and thought had things squared away. I do remember someone else calling later
from a different firm, but I can’t find my notes on that call.
