RE: H-2017-67 LITTLE CREEK SUBDIVISION NO. 1
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application for the
Little Creek Subdivision No. 1 located 147 N. Locust Grove Road, west of SH-55 (Eagle Road) for
David Alexander. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objections to the final plat for the subdivision being constructed in this location.
2. The project does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact Dion Burch at 334-8355 for more information.
