Subject:Please reject changes to home-based business ordinance
Dear Meridian City Council,
I am an employee of Scentsy, Inc. I work at the corporate office in Meridian and I am a resident of the city of Meridian.
Scentsy has been my employer for almost six years and has had a positive impact on my life and my family’s lives.
The changes currently proposed to the city ordinance regarding home-based businesses, including placing limits on the
number of customers that would be allowed in any Meridian home, would significantly hinder the ability for Scentsy
Consultants to successfully conduct business in Meridian, which in turn also affects those of us who are employed by
Scentsy.
Please reject these proposed changes as they would have a devastating impact on everyone who runs a home-based
party plan business.
