We are scheduled for the Continuation of the hearing on this application tomorrow night, June 6, 2017.
I strongly disagree with giving the applicant any more time on this application.
Numerous residents have given their testimony & time asking the Council to vote NO on the dissolution of the
Development Agreement contained in our CC&R's. The applicants project calls for dissolution for both/either
parts of the project. I strongly urge you keep our communities agreements in place and vote NO on this
application.
Look forward to seeing this resolved tomorrow night!
