Dear Meridian City Counsel/Mayor,
I am in strong opposition to the building of the additional appartments and storage units at Goddard Creek, near the
Kelly Creek/Lostha Falls/Bell Tower subdivisions. The builders attempt to minimize the impact on the project by asking it
to be considered as two projects, the appartments and then the subdivison is deceiptive and dishonest as the final
outcome and negative impact on the community is the same. Their analysis of the impact is sure to minimize the
disaterous affect on the traffic, schools and property values.
I join the property oweners and taxpayers of the Kelly Creek/Lostha Falls/Bell Tower in opposing this project. While
there may be a need for such a project, I ask that it be built elsewhere. Like many of the homeowners who puchased
their homes, we were told the area would be developed differently so that it would not hurt property values.
You all were elected to support the citizens of Meridian, please do so by opposing this project and any extension for
future consideration.
