Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a Land Use Change Application currently on file for
this project, and is in the process of being reviewed. We will with hold further comments until we are
finished with our review.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be retained
on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans. Developers must
comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
