NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20,
2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2017-0041 by Schultz Development for Annexation and Zoning
of 2.08 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district; AND Preliminary
Plat approval consisting of 10 building lots and 4 common lots on
2.08 acres of land in an R-8 zoning district for Geddes Subdivision
generally located Southeast of the W. Ustick Road and N. Black Cat
Road intersection
