For a SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a special meeting for
a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian,
Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2017 for the purpose of
reviewing and considering the application H-2017-0065 by
Jarron Langston for Annexation and Zoning of 5.07 acres of land
with an R-4 (medium low-density residential) zoning district AND
Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 10 residential building lots
and 2 common area lots on 5.05 acres of land in a proposed R-4
zoning district for Kingsbridge North Subdivision located 3475 E.
