Hello,
Please add our names to the list of those opposing this additional high density housing in our subdivision.
As a resident of Kelly Creek sub for over 10 years, we watched the Sawtooth Apartments development sail past our
opposition because they fulfilled the high density part of the original development agreement for the area and the city’s
long-term, comprehensive plan. But they were supposed to be the only apartment complex in the area.
Now, please let that original development agreement protect our subdivision from this excessive population density. We
invested our life’s savings in this area in good faith, because we thought the long-term plan was to preserve a suburban
population density.
Please don’t let us down.
