RE: H-2017-0059 GYRO SHACK AT PARAMOUNT
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced hearing request to
reduce the required 25 landscape buffer on the east side of the property boundary for the Gyro
Shack located at 5038 North Linder, south of US20/26 milepost 37.25. ITD has the following
comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the requested reduction of the landscape buffer in this location.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State
highway.
