We have lived in Kelly creek for 11 years and knew the selway apts. would go in. But we were told the
acreage on McMillan and Goddard would be offices. More apartments would be completely wrong and I
believe everyone who lives here and in the area agrees with that. The schools are already overcrowded
and the roads are not made for that much extra traffic. The developer is only interested in his wallet and
not the quality of life of the homeowners who were originally told it would be offices. I hope the city will
agree that the original agreement should be honored and not changed because a developer wants to make
money. Please city representatives do not cave into the wants of greedy developers to change the original
plan.
