MI04-0081 Asphalt Pathway Castlebrook Sub No.3
Dear WíI1:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District does not approve Liberty Development's
application to modify the condition of the approved PP regarding the 5-foot wide asphalt
pathway within the District's easement for Castlebrook Sub No.3. Nampa & Meridian
Irrigation District would prefer landscape along the canal and footbridge. There is a
pathway on the north side already.
However, the District would not object only lithe City of Meridian would like to make
the pathway part of their Master Pathway Agreement.
