To Meridian City Council,
As a home owner in the Kelly Creek neighborhood of Meridian, I ask that you deny the application for zoning
changes to build additional apartments at the Goddard Creek and McMillan location.
The city planning and zoning department unanimously denied the application, citing density and access
concerns. While I am pro growth and development, this is the wrong location for the proposed apartments. It
is very important for residents, as well as the city, that we manage growth and build appropriately.
I do not object to development at this location. Like other residents, I want to see the right project in the right
place.
