The MI application for Castlebrook Subdivision (MI-04-008) needs to be
renoticed. The application needs to be renoticed with the following
inforwation:
A request to modify a condition of the approved PP for Castlebrook
Subdivision No.2 regarding the 5' wide pathway located within a Nampa
Meridian Irrigation District easement.
