Characteristics: Moxie Java's business is one ofpro~a convenient location for the
public to purchase a high quality cup of coffee at a rcasomhle price in a short mount of
time. With the addition ora drive-thru window, the public will be able to purchase this
product more conveniently. The idea of convenience can actually cut down on
pedestrian trips across the parking lot due to consumers remaining in their cars to
purchase.

compatible. M0xie Java does 80% oftbeir business before noon while TCBY does 75%

group of arbor vide plants, but does not allow removal of any existing trees. All other
perimeter and internal landscaping will remain unchanged.
