Re: Earl and Donna Bohrn Variance
Dear Sir,
First of all I commend Earl and Donna for approaching the Meridian City Council for a variance to have a
childcarelpreschool in their home at 1451 North Santa Rosa Place, located in the V meyards subdivision. Some
individuals would have undertaken such an operation without the guidance and permission ~~£i!Y of -
n~--~'Menduùi -- -----~---~-
As a resident of this subdivision I must object based on the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the
Vineyards Subdivision established in June, 1992. In Article II (2.1) of this CC and R, it clearly states, "no lot
shall be used except for residential purposes, and no lot or the common area shaII be used for the conduct of any
trade or business or professional activity."
Based on this provision alone I must lodge my objection. If this was to be approved my question would be how
effective would the other CC and R's be to anyone living in this subdivision. If this variance was permitted
then how could our board of directors effectively stop anyone &om violating these CC and R's?
Sincerely,
~~~ --
