Dear Council Members
We Ralph E. Gentry and Carol L. Gentry are in opposition to the
application of
Earl and Donna Bohrn of 1451 N. Santa Rosa PI. for a variance from MCC
11-10-6
to allow a childcarelpreschool of five or fewer children to be operated in
their garage area, in their single family home in a R-4 zone.
North Sant Rosa PI. is a closed-end cul-de-sac with limited access
and parking places and we feel the additional traffic would be unsafe for the
children in the neighborhood and parking of additional cars would be a
traffic hazard.
The closing off of one of their garage doors of their three car garage
and
building in a passage door and window has lowered the value of their
house and
also lowered the value of ours. We are opposed to the use of theirgárag.ê .
