RE: H2O1.7-0051/ Hill's Century Farm Commercial No. 1
Dear C. Jay:
Providing no new storm drainage other than what has previously been permitted in past phases
is discharged to the Ten Mile Drain, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no
further comment on the above -referenced application. Any increase in storm water discharge
will require a Land Use Change Application be filed for review.
However, comments regarding the Cunningham Lateral should be directed to Bob Carter,
Boise Project- :Board of Control, at 208-344-1141, 2465 Overland Rd. Room 202 Boise, ID
83705-3173.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on -site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must revie'k�j drainage plans.
The developer must comply with Idaho code 31-3805.
