NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6,
2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2017-0020 by New Cavanaugh, LLC for Preliminary Plat
approval consisting of 93 building lots and 7 common lots on 32.59
acres of land in the R-8 zoning district AND Modification to the
Development Agreement to include a new conceptual
development plan for the site for Caven Ridge Estates East
generally located south of E. Victory Road and east of S. Meridian
Road

hearing date. Applications are
subject to change throughout the
public hearing process and it is
