NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6,
2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2017-0032 by Encore Development, LLC for Combined
Preliminary / Final Plat approval consisting of 11 building lots on
3.48 acres of land in an L-O zoning district AND Modification to the
existing Development Agreement to remove the number of office
buildings that can be constructed within the development for
Hastings Subdivision No. 3 located 2100 & 2160 W. Everest Lane
