This parcel is R-4/Office as outlined in the Locsha Falls Development Agreement - Low density with 11 office buildings.
We oppose changes to the Development Agreement to allow more rental units. We trust our elected officials, the Meridian
City Council, wi ll abide by the City of Meridian KEY COMMUNITY VALUES which include (1) managing growth to achieve
high-quality development and (2) enhance Meridian’s quality of life for all current and future residents. This project
accomplishes neither of these values. We are counting on you to put the needs of our community and the City of Meridian
first and take the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission and deny this project. This parcel is not the
right location for more multi-family units.
