Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a pressurized irrigation tine in this area,
protected by a ten -foot (10') easement. Plans need to be presented for relocaLon of these lines
for our review before any vacation of easement will be accepted by NMID
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
The developer must comply with Idaho code 31-3805.
