The Boise Project Board of Control, has no objection to the Fi.n,al Plat Approval for Hill's
Century Farm Sub. Phase 6 for the above-menti.on..ed property, as there are Do Project
facilities located in this phase.
Note 3 on the Plat Sheet. page 2 of 4, should be changed to reflect that this property lies
Within the New York Irrigation District and not the Nampa -Meridian .District as stated.
The developers of this project should contact the New York Irrigation District as soon as
possible in regards to the assess.i.Ients of the newly formed lots associated with this
development.
Utilities planning to cross any project facility i.. order to service this development must
do so bi. accordance with, the master policies now held between the Bureau of
Reclamation and, most of the utilities. In any case no work shall take place witbi.n the
easement before proper crossing agreements have been sec red through both the Bureau
of Reclamation and the Boise Project Board of Control.
Storm. Drainage and/or Street Runoff must be retained on site.
Whereas this development is in its preliminary stages, Boise Project Board of. Control
reserves the right to review plans and require changes when our easements and/or
:facilities are affectedby unknown factors.
