NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 16,
2017 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application
H-2017-0045 by Kent Brown for Vacation of a portion of the 10-
foot wide public utility, drainage and irrigation (PUDI) easement
located between Lots 4 and 5 of Block 4 and Lots 4 and 5 of Block
5 platted with Troutner Park Subdivision No.2 for Troutner Park
Subdivision No. 2 (aka Rainer Villas) located west of N. Meridian
Road, between W. Corporate Drive and W. Pennwood Street
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

date listed on this notification.
