RE: H-2017-0042 MAVERIK TIME EXTENSION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced application for a time
extension to obtain necessary signatures on the Development Agreement for Maverik located at 1515
East Fairview Avenue, west of SH-55 (Eagle Road) milepost 37.90. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objections to the requested time extension.
2. The project does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact Dion Burch at 334-8355 for more information.
