One of the 18'x18' buildings is a men's restroom and a women's restroom (approx 294 sqft)- the second 18'x18' building consists of a "pool equipment room" and a "outdoor furniture storage room" (approx 294 sqft). The total combined square footage of the two buildings will be around 588 sqft. There will be an access gate in front of the buildings order to used any of these amenities in the pool area, and there will be about 8 parking spaces in front of the building. Please see the attached concept plan and let me know if there is anything else that you might need. Thank you!
