Subject Consideration of BBH & DevCo application at Taconic & Eagle Road
Message I am a newer homeowner in Blackrock Subdivison (November 2016 our home was completed) and
I'm highly concerned with BHH & DevCo plans for development below our subdivision. We are r-2
larger lots and this appealed to us and why we bought land there. We alr eady had a home in Tuscany
we owned for 5 years and it was too congested homes on top of each other so for us so that's why we
moved. We like South Meridian area and there is already a lot of R-8 right by us. I think you need to
consider keeping Blackrock & Sky Mesa area of larger lot sizes and keep this consistent and NOT
allow for R-8, this will take away the uniqueness and deplete our current home values. There is
already a ton of subdivisions with high density in that area, Tuscany, Century Farms, Rockhampton,
Reflection Ridge (these are all non CBH subs as we all know CBH is high density regardless of
location). It's getting too congested out here and if you add a bunch more homes right at the entrance
of our subdivision this will only make it worse. Please consider that you will be changing an entire
appeal and draw to our particular area if you allow developer to put higher density. Thank you for
