Hello,
I have attached my opinion on the project. I have a prior engagement tonight or I would of attended the
meeting. I just found out about the meaning today at 12:00 pm.
Hopefully they will not build apartments on the east of the property.

Hello, my name is Samuel Hunter II and I live at 4774 N. Station Pl Meridian ID 83646. I am
writing regarding the public hearing tonight referencing the rezoning of the construction planned off
McMillian rd. and Goddard Creek.
My wife and I purchased this house not even a year ago. With the #1 thing we liked being the view of
the bogus basin hills. With the proposal, apartment buildings will massively obstruct our view. If the
apartments can be built to the west towards 10 mile instead that would be better for us. In fact if they
can remove the apartments all together from the plans it would be even better, given the fact that
apartments bring down the values of homes historically speaking.
Being semi-retired I have time to send this in. It would be nice if letters could go out to the residents in
Cayuse Cove (I think is the sub I’m in) and Bridgetower that back up to McMillian as well as the residents
on the North side of McMillian whom will be effected by this planned development to vote on
apartments being approved/rejected in general, would be nice.
The self-storage units sounds like they won’t be built very high, which won’t obstruct our view of Bogus
Basin so that seems fine.
