Dear Sir;
I am an homeowner at 2532 Wapoot Drive, Meridian and just received notice of the new apartment project. I want to
express my opposition to the proposed apartment project. The Mayor and City Councel ignored the prior homeowner
opposition from Kelly Creek and Bridge Tower to the Selway Apartment project several years ago. I would hope that
this time, the governing authority would deny this additional apartment project. There is ample land elsewhere that the
proposed project could be built that would not reduce existing home values, as well as the added traffic conjestion on
McMillian and Ten Mile Road.
It is my assupmtion, that many Kelly Creek homeowners who purchased their homes, and perhaps the councel members
themselves would not have purchased at Kelly Creek had they known that the Selway, and now more apartments are
planned for their neighborhood.
Please do the right thing and deny this project.
