NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2017 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the application H-2017-0041 by Schultz Development
for Annexation and Zoning of 2.08 acres of land with an R-8
zoning district; AND Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 10
building lots and 4 common lots on 2.08 acres of land in an R-8
zoning district for Geddes Subdivision generally located
Southeast of the W. Ustick Road and N. Black Cat Road
intersection
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

date listed on this notification.
