Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has reviewed and approved plans dated 1-17-
17. Providing the proposed changes have no impact on the Purdam drain or its easement,
NMID will have no comment on the above -referenced application.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on -site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must revie� , drainage plans.
The developer must comply with Idaho code 31-3805.
