Council. Becauae the decision of the Council W24 not thoroughly discussed, the basis for denial
of the applications is !mclcar. A1:conJing to Idaho Code 67-6519:
4, Whmtever a govemiog board or zoning or plœng and zoning
commÍ$SÏon gr.ant3 or denies a pernút, it shall. specify;
(a) The ordÎD8l1ce aM standards used in cva!lIating the application¡
(b) The reasoœ for approval ordctña!; and
(c) The actions, if any tha¡ the applicant could take 10 obtain a pennit.
In this public hearing, mm)'issucs were disçussec!, however, none: of the above were oonsidered
or addressed as a finding for thII decision.
Obviously, t!lle developer is disappointed with the decisioll and would welcome ¡he opportunity
to make necesll&IY modi.fIça ions 10 the plat in order to aJfgn this project with the City's VÎ9Ïon
fot its fÏ1ture.
