application. Please note, the connection to the pressurized irrigation system is privately owned,
and therefore, n( --,t operated by NMID.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must he
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
The developer must comply with Idaho code 31-3805.
