RE: H-2017-0026 NEW BEGINNINGS SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced application for annexation
and zoning for the New Beginnings Subdivision located 780 East Ustick Road, west of SH-55 (Eagle
Road) milepost 14.10 for Chris Fuhrman. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objections to the annexation and zoning change for the subdivision being
constructed in this location.
2. The project does not abut the State highway system.
3. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway
system.
4. IDAPA 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. The applicant can
contact the ITD District 3 Traffic Section at 334-8300 for more information.
