Re: Goddard Creek Apts.
As a homeowner in Kelly Creek we art opposed to apartments being built in
the proposed area next to The Kelly Creek sub -division. The Selway
apartments have brought enough traffic in the area. The apartments would
also have an impact on the local schools which are already crowded.
In our area less than a half a mile away there already exsits two other
apartment complexes, besides Selway, which are not fully occupied.
We live two houses north of Apgar on Ballinger Way which is the next
street east of Goddard so we know what the traffic is like now to enter
McMillan. It will greatly inrease with a proposed apartment.
We were not informed of the October or December meetings or a letter
for the March meeting as we just barley live outside the 300 feet boundry.
Actually, there are very few homeowners within the 300 feet area.
Another concern. We feel our local people should be developing the land
to help our economy grow rather than those from out-of-town.
