To Whom it may concern.
As a home owner at 2347 W Apgar Creek Dr. Let it be on record that I am opposed to the addition of Selway
apartments. Also opposed to the proposal for the main/only entrance to be from Goddard Creek Drive off of
McMillan (entrance into Kelly Creek Subdivision).
ACHD has indicated that they do not want Another HIGH TRAFFIC entering McMillan, Therefore Increasing
the traffic on Goddard Creek Drive which is already HIGH (exit for Kelly Creek and Lochsa
falls subdivisions).
Currently many Selway residents utilize W Apgar Creek Dr as a thoroughfare to the apartment complex from
Linder. They neglect the speed restrictions and the stop sign near our home within Kelly Creek Subdivision.
I have observed them run the stop sign on Goddard Creek Drive and enter the apartment complex.
If the existing traffic on Apgar creek Dr. and Goddard indicates the type of traffic we would expect
to increase. It is unacceptable to have the amount of traffic additional apartments will bring to W Apgar Creek
Drive.
