Subject:Goddard Creek Apartments
While we understand the need for more apartments in the city, we disagree with the placement of
apartments in this locations. First, the elementary schools are already getting overcrowded, and adding high-
density housing to the area will only worsen this situation. Perhaps apartments in less fully developed areas
would be a better idea. Second, the traffic situation on Goddard Creek/Apgar Creek will be an issue with more
apartments being added.
Another suggestion/question: Is there an easy to find location to view online the upcoming topics for
meetings and developments. We see the signs all around town, but honestly they are impossible to read as
you are driving by. It would be nice if you could just look online to find the information (and maybe it is there,
and I'm just not sure where it is?).
