Hello,
I am writing in regards to the proposed apartment building slated for the Linder, Goddard Creek area. Myself
and many of the neighbors in the area highly oppose the project. The additional traffic is a huge concern along
with the many other concerns that we have. My top concern is the fact that our schools in the area are above
capacity and something needs remedied in that regard before we add an apartment building that will greatly
impact our schools that are ALREADY above capacity! As a mother with children in these schools, I would
need to see an implemented plan for our overcrowded schools before even considering adding a large apartment
complex into the community. The traffic concern also needs a very well thought out consideration as well. I
travel the area frequently as a resident of the surrounding neighborhood and my kids are affected by the
overcrowding, I hope a responsible decision is made in regards to not allowing this apartment complex to be
built unless these issues are addressed beforehand.
